The KU ADC can provide access to well-characterized clinical cohorts, databases generated through studies of these cohorts, and biospecimens. In addition to offering an array of standard and specialized research and educational services, we also provide a number of specialized services that allow us to characterize AD metabolism at a highly sophisticated level, from the molecule/organelle to the cell to the brain to the whole organism. We are able to support integrated metabolic studies in animal models, tissues from deceased human subjects, and living human subjects.
